11. CLIENT FEES, PREPAID SERVICES AND REFUNDS

The provider of your subscription, research, membership or other paid service is AI Stock Ticker Pty. Ltd. (“Service Provider”), a Corporate Authorised Representative of Titan Securities Pty Ltd (AFSL 307040). The Service Provider and Titan Securities Pty Ltd are separate legal entities.

Your service agreement is with the Service Provider. The Service Provider is responsible for performing its contractual service obligations and for any contractual cancellation, refund, credit or unused prepaid fees.

If the Service Provider ceases providing the service, ceases business or ceases to be authorised by Titan Securities Pty Ltd, the Service Provider may terminate the remaining subscription or service period. Termination does not transfer the service agreement to Titan Securities Pty Ltd or extinguish any contractual obligation of the Service Provider in respect of unused prepaid fees.

Titan Securities Pty Ltd does not assume, guarantee or undertake any separate contractual obligation to provide the Service Provider’s services or refund its prepaid fees unless Titan Securities Pty Ltd subsequently expressly agrees in writing with the client to assume a specified obligation.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
